Terms of Use
Emotion Detective: Daily Case is a daily creative-writing show published by MindPlay Media Studios. By playing, you agree to these terms.
Playing the show
- One case a day, three assignments, one report each. You may play as a guest or as a signed-in Detective.
- Once a report is filed it is reconstructed once — there is no rewrite. Choose your words before you file.
- The show is entertainment. Judges are characters, verdicts are creative, and nothing here is advice of any kind.
Your content
- You keep ownership of the words you write. By filing a report you grant MindPlay Media Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process, reconstruct, display, publish and promote it within the show — including on the Daily Winner spotlight, the Hall of Fame and shared case files — under the credit you chose.
- You confirm your report is your own work and does not infringe anyone else's rights or privacy.
- You may withdraw processing permission at any time in Privacy Choices, and delete your account and case files in Account & Privacy.
Acceptable use
- Everything public must stay family-safe. The Community Rules are part of these terms.
- No attempts to bypass safety screening, no automated or bulk filing, no impersonation, no harassment of other detectives.
- We may refuse a report, withhold evidence, remove public content or close an account that breaks these rules.
Accounts
- You are responsible for your sign-in details. Your account email is private and never shown publicly; only your chosen Detective name is.
- You may close your account yourself at any time in Account & Privacy.
Service and liability
- The show is provided as-is. Evidence generation depends on outside service providers and can be delayed or unavailable; features may change.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindPlay Media Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the show.
- Questions about these terms: mindplaymediastudios@gmail.com.
